Dr. Chris Baldwin

Dentist

Dr. Chris Baldwin did his undergraduate studies at the University of Windsor, completing an honours degree in biology and a minor in biochemistry. Dr. Baldwin studied dentistry at University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, where he graduated in 2002 in the top 10 % of his class and received an award for oral pathology. He has practiced dentistry since 2002 and moved to Dryden in 2009. After associating for 10 years, Dr. Baldwin opened his dental practice at King Street in August 2012 and built his loyal clientele from the ground up. Dr Baldwin's priority is to always keep things modern, and so, began renovations in 2020 which led to an expansion of the business. Along with the renovations, the office is also wheelchair accessible. During his time off, he enjoys fishing, four-wheeling, and taking care of his beloved pets.

Dr. Mike Gerstner

Dentist

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, I relocated to Fort Frances in 1991. Accustomed to lake living near Gimli, MB, I immediately felt at home in Northwestern Ontario and laid down roots here. I am a proud father of two teenage children currently living in Fort Frances. I was continually active in sports by either participating or spending many memorable seasons coaching my kids in both Northwestern Ontario and Minnesota.

Fishing, golfing, and camping have taken me to many beautiful areas in the North, but I now focus my attention on experiencing the fabulous lakes and courses in the Dryden area. I received my B.A. Advanced (Psychology) in 1984 at the University of Manitoba. During my Pre-Masters year, I enjoyed working in the Psych. Research Department. I completed my studies while working as a residential counselor, as well as doing volunteer work as a Crisis Counselor in Winnipeg. Upon the completion of my Science program at the University of Winnipeg, I graduated in 1991 from the University of Manitoba Dental School, receiving the highest standing in my class.

I spent the next 25 years caring for my patients in the Fort Frances area as a partner at the Fort Frances Dental and Emo Dental Centres. In 2019, my personal life led me to Dryden and I feel fortunate for my tremendous new career opportunity with Dr. Chris Baldwin. I certainly enjoy developing relationships, I am known for being a good listener and providing a comfortable experience for my patients.

Peggy Maggrah

Office Manager

With over 35 years of dental industry experience, Peggy brings invaluable insights to our team. As a retired Dental Hygienist, she understands both the clinical and administrative aspects of dental care. Peggy ensures a safe and harmonious work environment while overseeing seamless operations. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, spending quality time with family, friends, and her cherished granddaughter. Peggy's dedication to dentistry is evident through her recognition from professional associations for her 25 years of service. We are grateful to have Peggy as an integral part of our team at King Street Family Dental. Outside of work, Peggy enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her family and especially her precious granddaughter. Not to mention, she makes it a priority to stay active and swim every morning before work.

Madison Minnder aka Maddie

Dental Hygienist

With 8 years of experience, she is committed to providing high-quality care and attentive service to all our patients. Madison's friendly and approachable demeanor creates a comfortable environment during appointments. When she's not enhancing smiles, Madison enjoys kayaking, traveling, and spending quality time with her furry friends. Born and raised in Dryden, Ontario, Madison graduated with First Class Standing from Confederation College's Dental Hygiene program in 2015. After gaining experience in various dental roles, she joined our team in December 2016. We are grateful to have Madison as an invaluable member of the King Street Family Dental team.

Hailey Northcott

Dental Hygienist

Raised in Dryden, Ontario, she pursued her Dental Hygiene diploma in North Bay before returning to her hometown to build her career. With her extensive experience, Hailey is not only  dedicated to continuing her passion for educating clients and helping them achieve their oral health goals, she is also committed to building relationships with all her patients. More exciting news, Hailey is expecting and will be on her maternity for the next year. Outside of work, Hailey enjoys snowboarding, walking her Boxer, fishing, and spending time with her family. We are thrilled to have Hailey as part of our team at King Street Family Dental, where she is committed to providing exceptional care and building professional relationships with her clients.

With an impressive 19 years of experience in the dental industry, Misty brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. She is wholeheartedly devoted to providing exceptional care to each and every patient, attentively addressing their needs and concerns. Misty's warm and approachable demeanor creates a comfortable atmosphere during appointments, putting patients at ease. During her free time, Misty finds joy in traveling and embracing the great outdoors with her loved ones. With 1.5 years of dental industry experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Katie Roulston

With 18 years of experience as a pharmacy technician, Katie Roulston brings a wealth of knowledge and precision to her role as a dental assistant. She worked alongside Dr. Kinizsi for 4 years, providing exceptional care and support to patients. Katie enjoys cooking, hunting, fishing, spending time with friends and family, and hiking with her four German shepherds. Her dedication to both her profession and her personal interests reflects her commitment to a balanced and fulfilling life.
